This is a special template for use in MediaWiki:Sitenotice. Proper use is {{subst:SiteNoticeMessage|Your message. --~~~~}}. It is used by the management of any local QP wiki to make announcements for major news and initiatives in MediaWiki:Sitenotice. If a new notice is added, MediaWiki:Sitenotice_id should be updated.
