Marxo Grouch's board
I want to talk about Eric Bagwell's behavior on the Greatest Movies Wiki, he's very anti-Disney, he's also similar to Red hair, he's also not in charge of Qualitipedia, he edits a little too much which is grinding my gears.
Okay, so the idea is that such admins would be able to bring consistency (ie, front page rules), discussion (close communication with fellow network admins and willing bureaucrats), and oversight for all member wikis. They could still be more active in some areas than others, but for things like feature/rule consistency and sitenotices they'd be able to respond everywhere while currently it would require a bureaucrat. The communication and ability to arrange tasks a little would be an essential feature since I am not able to be everywhere at once on my best of days, and recently I've been far from my best. So hopefully a team that isn't strictly bureaucrat but still able to do network things and exercise reasonable local judgement can be formed, and said admins will also be useful in settling on best practices to use across QP as well as discuss with each other/me whenever an issue comes up. That is the baseline of what I would expect from them. A variant of this (better formatted :p) would be posted in a later blog when the role properly exists.
