- 20:42, 12 February 2022 Yonydesk talk contribs posted a new comment on Requests for Comment/Deleting pages about deaths (for the sake of reference, qualitipedia started in 2013 in FANDOM with crappy games wiki, unless you mean the rebrand from reception wikis to qualitipedia or the central wiki. but by dates, overall qualitipedia is behind depressing deaths wiki by ~6 years.)
- 16:53, 12 February 2022 Atomicstar talk contribs posted a new comment on Requests for Comment/Deleting pages about deaths (They have no relationships with Qualitipedia, and they started on 11 December 2019, before Qualitipedia started. Not sure when Qualitipedia started having pages about deaths.)
- 15:26, 12 February 2022 Raidarr talk contribs posted a new comment on Requests for Comment/Deleting pages about deaths (I'm strongly considering our removal of that wiki from QP.)
- 13:48, 12 February 2022 Blad talk contribs posted a new comment on Requests for Comment/Deleting pages about deaths (While you could argue these pages are repetitive, you could say the the same for cancellation pages. Like “Development Troubles, OOPS!” end page.)
- 12:15, 12 February 2022 Raidarr talk contribs posted a new comment on Blog:I am worried about Qualitipedia's reputation (Many serious issues to each of the above links, some points that hold up and are a work in progress.)
- 10:27, 12 February 2022 The Dunkman talk contribs posted a new comment on Blog:Regarding the Music Wikis (Well, to be fair, the music wikis are kinda similar to Twitter imo.)
- 07:38, 12 February 2022 Theresnoname talk contribs posted a new comment on Blog:I am worried about Qualitipedia's reputation (@SuperStreetKombat There's a mention of Zenko, the solutions to fix the wikis section, and many pointers that are familliar to the one in TNRW.)
- 05:35, 12 February 2022 SuperStreetKombat talk contribs posted a new comment on Blog:I am worried about Qualitipedia's reputation (Really? How can you tell? I thought it was something that the users from Weirdcyclopedia came up with themselves. Especially since they won't allow me (I'm an anon there, BTW) to add my own username to the Redeeming Qualities section as a good user on that page.)
- 05:09, 12 February 2022 Theresnoname talk contribs posted a new comment on Blog:I am worried about Qualitipedia's reputation (@SuperStreetKombat About the 3rd one, it appears that it was taken from the now-closed down The New Reception Wikis...)
- 04:07, 12 February 2022 SuperStreetKombat talk contribs posted a new comment on Blog:I am worried about Qualitipedia's reputation (Here's some examples of people outside of Miraheze criticizing Qualitipedia: https://www.deviantart.com/smg4nerd4591/journal/Miraheze-Reception-Wikis-are-Rotten-Websites-887902059 https://www.deviantart.com/duchesssponge5000/journal/My-rant-on-the-Miraheze-reception-wikis-889946466 http://weirdcyclopedia.shoutwiki.com/wiki/Reception_Wikis https://youtu.be/vQMouH3jXlg)
- 02:30, 12 February 2022 Yonydesk talk contribs posted a new comment on Requests for Comment/Deleting pages about deaths (yeah that's what i said, shrug)
- 02:24, 12 February 2022 Yonydesk talk contribs posted a new comment on Blog:I am worried about Qualitipedia's reputation (yeah the "it defeats the purpose of having an opinion" argument is a walking joke, everybody with at least two functioning brain cells knows that)
- 01:05, 12 February 2022 Theresnoname talk contribs posted a new comment on Blog:I am worried about Qualitipedia's reputation (About the part where they criticized the wikis for treating opinion as fact and circle-jerking, ironically, they're may be on the community (such as DeviantArt, especially the stamps part of it) where circle-jerk and treating opinion as fact also happens too, which literally, they do what they accuse the reception wikis of. Also, because of that, if the wikis should have been shut down because "it defeats the purpose of having an opinion", then by that logic, the same can be said to any site...)
- 22:15, 11 February 2022 Raidarr talk contribs posted a new comment on Requests for Comment/Creating a reception policy for Qualitipedia (For one, the nature of this RfC strikes me as convoluted. On this page, what you have is an unstructured middle section to iron out details while already presenting an all or nothing top or bottom. Using a blog as the content is novel, but it is far more likely the page would be written from scratch. It is clear you didn't discuss this with anyone who could iron out the details in a cleaner way and I expect this proposal will either lack the necessary traction, or incur oppositions by its nat...)
- 19:51, 11 February 2022 Blubabluba9990 talk contribs posted a new comment on Requests for Comment/Deleting pages about deaths (More so that I just forgot things to add, and did not consider them when I first made the RfC.)
- 16:15, 11 February 2022 Yonydesk talk contribs posted a new comment on Blog:I am worried about Qualitipedia's reputation (there's not been terrible or oddly specific rule changes in 2022 though thonk)
- 15:48, 11 February 2022 Robertoiglesias271 talk contribs posted a new comment on Blog:I am worried about Qualitipedia's reputation (“Stuck in 2020-2021 it seems” Probably because each year that passes year is another year that these wikis get worse)
- 12:22, 11 February 2022 Sanberry talk contribs posted a new comment on Requests for Comment/Deleting pages about deaths (I entirely agree with bluba, any death should've on new wiki.)
- 09:35, 11 February 2022 Raidarr talk contribs posted a new comment on Requests for Comment/Deleting pages about deaths (I don't feel too strongly about this, but I think the pages are fairly benign and I don't like to buy the 'they clog up the wikis!' nonsense that's put around here from time to time. And believe me, the servers are going to be just fine. It's not going to be ordinary pages that takes them out. He needs to understand a) compression, which is absurdly effective on random regular pages but maybe not on more special things and particularly images which are what really take up space, and b). act...)
- 00:51, 11 February 2022 Marxo Grouch talk contribs posted a new comment on Requests for Comment/Deleting pages about deaths (I'm already eager to hear what DarkMatterMan4500 and Raidarr have to say about this.)
- 23:38, 10 February 2022 Yonydesk talk contribs posted a new comment on Requests for Comment/Deleting pages about deaths (that's valid but even a natural death (age or disease) of someone important in an corporation can change the future of it. you're arguing in a criteria where you measure how "tragic" it was (which is subjective btw); mine is a criteria where you measure influence, which IMO goes more in line on what the wikis focus on. do we have to even discuss this if the RfC got snowballed though? it's not like it's gonna take effect :p)
- 23:31, 10 February 2022 Yonydesk talk contribs posted a new comment on Requests for Comment/Deleting pages about deaths (sounds like you made this RfC in a rush because you keep "remembering" these points you bring up because you "forgot" them instead of idk, adding them to the RfC.)
- 22:10, 10 February 2022 Atomicstar talk contribs posted a new comment on Requests for Comment/Deleting pages about deaths (The reason was more because it was a grey area on whether or not it would be considered targetted harassment in Miraheze AUP and such pages may cause drama. This isn't a problem with pages about deaths of important people.)
- 21:08, 10 February 2022 Yonydesk talk contribs posted a new comment on Blog:I am worried about Qualitipedia's reputation (yeah i personally haven't experienced or seen it in the grand scale, that's why i said i can't speak on that)
- 20:37, 10 February 2022 Money12123 talk contribs posted a new comment on Blog:I am worried about Qualitipedia's reputation (@Yonydesk: About undoing edits for no reason, I have to agree with @Robertoiglesias271:, as I have seen a lot of users undo my edits for no reason.)
- 20:07, 10 February 2022 Blubabluba9990 talk contribs posted a new comment on Requests for Comment/Deleting pages about deaths (Oh, and another thing I forgot to address: We agreed to delete articles about people.)
- 19:58, 10 February 2022 Blubabluba9990 talk contribs posted a new comment on Requests for Comment/Deleting pages about deaths (It depends on both the cause and effect. Not to sound rude or disrespectful, but if they died peacefully, while it is still tragic, it is not as tragic as an artificial death. Everybody is going to die someday, that is just a fact of life, but not everyone dies of natural causes. I would also recommend an impact section for these.)
- 17:26, 10 February 2022 Atomicstar talk contribs posted a new comment on Requests for Comment/Deleting pages about deaths (> we can't have an article on every single dead person involved in media While we haven't really established an official notability guideline, it isn't a problem currently. > Miraheze's servers would explode from the sheer amount of pages Not a realistic problem, although having too many unnotable pages is more of a possible problem in the future. > Qualitipedia is an obituary You can arguably say Wikipedia is one, they have pages on deaths if the topic of their death is notable enough....)

- 06:01, 10 February 2022 SuperStreetKombat talk contribs posted a new comment on Blog:Regarding the Music Wikis (And those were great times, too.)
- 00:51, 10 February 2022 Yonydesk talk contribs posted a new comment on Requests for Comment/Deleting pages about deaths (that is, if y'all are agreeing on deleting some of the pages. (i don't agree btw))
- 00:18, 10 February 2022 Dragonite talk contribs posted a new comment on Blog:Regarding the Music Wikis (@FatBurn0000 I know the Miraheze versions were founded before the FANDOM ones closed.)

- 23:38, 9 February 2022 Marxo Grouch talk contribs posted a new comment on Requests for Comment/Deleting pages about deaths (That could also be a good compromise. In fact, I'd say it's the best compromise we have right now.)
- 21:44, 9 February 2022 Yonydesk talk contribs posted a new comment on Requests for Comment/Deleting pages about deaths (i'm just saying that i think removal based on influence, rather than cause of death, is a better criteria.)
- 21:25, 9 February 2022 Marxo Grouch talk contribs posted a new comment on Requests for Comment/Deleting pages about deaths (Now I feel conflicted.)
- 21:05, 9 February 2022 Yonydesk talk contribs posted a new comment on Requests for Comment/Deleting pages about deaths (i disagree. keeping just the pages about artificial deaths potentially discredits the impact of the natural deaths that had an impact on media followers, because you're being selective on the cause of death rather than actual influence. are you telling me we're removing the death of Stan Lee and Satoru Iwata pages jusy because they died naturally, despite both being influential?)
- 20:57, 9 February 2022 Yonydesk talk contribs posted a new comment on Blog:I am worried about Qualitipedia's reputation (> people who post bias pages ah yes bias, synonym of toxicity. > undo good edits for no reason can't speak on this sadly > spam stupid comments haven't seen much lately > constantly changing the rules and standards stuck in 2020-2021 it seems i gotta say though, i think the new rules (the WIP ones) are way better and easier to understand. it finally feels like qualitipedia is going (or it's going to go) in a direction.)
- 20:40, 9 February 2022 Robertoiglesias271 talk contribs posted a new comment on Blog:We should make a new memes wiki. (it's fucking memes, over-analyzing them is dumb as hell.)
- 20:39, 9 February 2022 Robertoiglesias271 talk contribs posted a new comment on Blog:I am worried about Qualitipedia's reputation (People who post bias pages, undo good edits for no reason, spam stupid comments, and constantly changing the rules and standards because the old rules and standards were such shit, yet the new ones aren't any better)
- 20:32, 9 February 2022 Blubabluba9990 talk contribs posted a new comment on Requests for Comment/Deleting pages about deaths (Yeah. That would be a good compromise.)
- 20:31, 9 February 2022 Marxo Grouch talk contribs posted a new comment on Requests for Comment/Deleting pages about deaths (Y'know, if we were to curb how many of these pages there are, I would settle for the artificial death condition.)
- 20:21, 9 February 2022 Yonydesk talk contribs posted a new comment on Requests for Comment/Deleting pages about deaths (alright let me break this up because you don't seem to have considered what has been said in the opposition "Though none of the other moments pages have good/bad qualities, death is something that everyone agrees is bad" and your point on saying this is? "All of these pages are literally this format: "This person died of x. This page is dedicated to their memory"" that's an independent issue related to page quality that can be solved by improving them by adding more information (and ma...)
- 20:10, 9 February 2022 Blubabluba9990 talk contribs posted a new comment on Requests for Comment/Deleting pages about deaths (Preferrably, they should.)
- 20:05, 9 February 2022 Blubabluba9990 talk contribs posted a new comment on Requests for Comment/Deleting pages about deaths (Also, another thing. Though none of the other moments pages have good/bad qualities, death is something that everyone agrees is bad. All of these pages are literally this format: "This person died of x. This page is dedicated to their memory" While death isn't necessarily a positive thing, we can't have an article on every single dead person involved in media, or Miraheze's servers would explode from the sheer amount of pages.
