- 20:52, 28 September 2021 King Dice talk contribs posted a new comment on Blog:Policy reviewers (Sounds great :D)
- 14:57, 28 September 2021 Raidarr talk contribs posted a new comment on Requests for Comment/Make new wikis for good and bad countries (Adding to this, even without deliberate xenophobia it would still be overwhelmingly written from the POV of authors from their own country like the US, and the drama comes when trying to diversify those authors in disagreements.)
- 11:50, 28 September 2021 Money12123 talk contribs posted a new comment on Requests for Comment/Renaming Crappy Games Wiki (I know this is an old Requests For Comment, but I just wanted to say that even if the reception wikis' target audience is not necessarily children, children should still be able to read articles (except for NSFW ones, of course), but I don't think it's necessary to rename the wiki because most kids know the word "crap" anyway and probably wouldn't care.)
- 11:46, 28 September 2021 Money12123 talk contribs posted a new comment on Requests for Comment/Make new wikis for good and bad countries (Also I know this Requests For Comment is old, I just wanted to say my thoughts.)
- 11:46, 28 September 2021 Money12123 talk contribs posted a new comment on Requests for Comment/Make new wikis for good and bad countries (Honestly, I do think that countries could be criticised for their quality and how they look, but I think that regardless, a reception wiki about them will still cause drama and we may even end up having a community of xenophobic people, even if that was not our intention.)
- 09:05, 28 September 2021 Raidarr talk contribs posted a new comment on Blog:We need neutral wikis (There are quite a few reasons surrounding his post.)
- 07:38, 28 September 2021 NJPet talk contribs posted a new comment on Blog:We need neutral wikis (How?) Tags: Mobile edit Mobile web edit Advanced mobile edit
- 20:05, 27 September 2021 Raidarr talk contribs posted a new comment on Requests for Comment/Admin lists (I have fleshed out this RfC to match the template. Anyways, there's a few things I'll tell you. I agree with the issue you raise. We can do better on that, and quite a few things really. However, I ask you to consider it along with a wider attempt to streamline and make sense of Qualitipedia staffing in general. Could you comment and make suggestions regarding the work in progress User:Raidarr/sandbox/Qualitipedia staff page. This is because I would like to address the problem starting...)
- 07:54, 27 September 2021 Raidarr talk contribs posted a new comment on Blog:This Needs To Be Done (That's how it's often used. The original, nuanced meaning is harder to explain.)
- 06:29, 27 September 2021 Money12123 talk contribs posted a new comment on Blog:This Needs To Be Done (So, in other words... it's anyone who acts unreasonably in terms of something related to politics.)
- 21:19, 26 September 2021 Affrey talk contribs posted a new comment on Blog:We need neutral wikis (That is a no?)
- 05:53, 26 September 2021 BraceletyFan77 talk contribs posted a new comment on Requests for Comment/Banning pages on real people (There's the Real Life Villains and Real Life Heroes wikis. We're not affiliated with them.)
- 18:51, 25 September 2021 Marxo Grouch talk contribs posted a new comment on Blog:We need neutral wikis (The ratio in the poll above is not snowballed, but it is in favor of not having these kinds of wikis. I picture a similar result with a RfC.)
- 16:55, 25 September 2021 Raidarr talk contribs posted a new comment on Blog:We need neutral wikis (You could, but the odds are poor for it.)
- 11:17, 25 September 2021 Money12123 talk contribs posted a new comment on Blog:We need neutral wikis (Should we start a Requests for Comment for this yet?)
- 08:04, 25 September 2021 Raidarr talk contribs posted a new comment on Blog:The social media reception wikis (If you want to port out pages to a social media wiki, be our guest. You probably could save time by simply asking for the pages from the right admins on RWW instead.)
- 08:02, 25 September 2021 Raidarr talk contribs posted a new comment on Blog:Should we ban the term "Depending on your point of view"? (Lead against it by example. I think that would be most constructive and still not be throwing one's moderation power around, or expand a frankly bloated rules system.)
- 04:12, 25 September 2021 SuperStreetKombat talk contribs posted a new comment on Blog:Should we ban the term "Depending on your point of view"? (Well, not just one person uses this phrase; nearly tons of other people use it, too, and it's getting to the point where it's considered repetitive.)
- 04:05, 25 September 2021 SuperStreetKombat talk contribs posted a new comment on Blog:Should we ban the term "Depending on your point of view"? (I wonder what others think of this?)
- 21:36, 24 September 2021 Raidarr talk contribs posted a new comment on Blog:This Needs To Be Done (It's really a perceived collection of behaviors and values with flexible usage than a truly meaningful definition, to be honest. Politically, it is often 'the other', used to degrade any political stance seen as unreasonable.)
- 21:28, 24 September 2021 Money12123 talk contribs posted a new comment on Blog:This Needs To Be Done (Something I want to mention is that something I always found wrong with the Social Justice Warriors page on RWW is that it never explained what an SJW actually was. To this day I still don't know what an SJW is.)
- 14:30, 24 September 2021 Raidarr talk contribs posted a new comment on Blog:Marvelous Companies Wiki (Importance is relative and the burden of proof is on you. Nonetheless I still noted that they could be useful to round up QP's scope in content. There were also more relevant points than the general comment you focused in with. I was not perfectly clear, but you might note I did not specify the company wikis in the first statement.)
- 14:25, 24 September 2021 Raidarr talk contribs posted a new comment on Requests for Comment/Put the reverse wikis in their own network (You do not have to post daily to make wikis worth their time. But someone must take minimum responsibility for them, or the result will be closure and eventually removal.)
- 09:26, 24 September 2021 Money12123 talk contribs posted a new comment on Blog:Marvelous Companies Wiki (How is this a "little thing"? It's very important.)
- 09:24, 24 September 2021 Money12123 talk contribs posted a new comment on Requests for Comment/Put the reverse wikis in their own network (Something else I want to mention is that while I do think these wikis are a good idea and should stay, something that I want to mention is that I usually contribute to most Qualitipedia wikis once a day, and I'm not sure if I could do that with these wikis. I like these wikis but the pages themselves take forever to make. Just look at how much more work I have to do here.)
- 09:21, 24 September 2021 Money12123 talk contribs posted a new comment on Requests for Comment/Put the reverse wikis in their own network (Lol, I forgot I even made this.)
- 09:01, 24 September 2021 Raidarr talk contribs posted a new comment on Requests for Comment/Put the reverse wikis in their own network (I've made a list of people I want to poke to comment on this, based on not replying already, being in good standing, making substantive edits and doing so in the last 30 days and will probably send out messages to them later. If they don't respond in a few days or a majority come back with support, the likely result is closure unless one of them is interested in adoption.)
- 16:46, 23 September 2021 BlueReacts talk contribs posted a new comment on Requests for Comment/Ban custom headings on Qualitipedia (I'm still disappointed that the custom headings is going to return, they had their revenge.)
- 15:47, 23 September 2021 Raidarr talk contribs posted a new comment on Requests for Comment/Delete the NSFW and NSFL templates from all Reception Wikis (The templates are not being changed or removed at this time.)
- 15:40, 23 September 2021 John 127 talk contribs posted a new comment on Requests for Comment/Delete the NSFW and NSFL templates from all Reception Wikis (so what is decided ? ar we keeping these templates , or deleting them ? if yes , what template would we use , and will we ever be allowed to mark pages as NSFW/NSFL again ?)
- 09:54, 23 September 2021 Raidarr talk contribs posted a new comment on Blog:Should we ban the term "Depending on your point of view"? (The whole phrase isn't necessarily a problem either, and is subject to the same process I stated above.)
- 05:16, 23 September 2021 Blazikeye535 talk contribs posted a new comment on Requests for Comment/Put the reverse wikis in their own network (I never thought the idea of "reverse" wikis were a good idea in the first place. The actual wikis contain joke pages (in blog form of course), so what's really the reason that justifies the existence of these wikis in the first place?)
- 02:40, 23 September 2021 SuperStreetKombat talk contribs posted a new comment on Blog:Should we ban the term "Depending on your point of view"? (I don't have a problem with the word "point of view", but that kind of phrase has been used a lot in pointers in pages, which is often associated with "depending on your".)
- 01:23, 23 September 2021 Raidarr talk contribs posted a new comment on Blog:Should we ban the term "Depending on your point of view"? (Rephrase or rewrite the assorted points. Referring to point of view is not inherently a bad thing, but if it ''is'' overused then those are both techniques to reduce it. It may be constructive to see who actually keeps using them since I doubt it is a 'follow the leader' trend done by everyone. Essentially all steps before banning phrases because they get tiring to individual people.)
- 01:01, 23 September 2021 SuperStreetKombat talk contribs posted a new comment on Blog:Should we ban the term "Depending on your point of view"? (How, though? How can it be fixed?)
- 23:27, 22 September 2021 Raidarr talk contribs posted a new comment on Requests for Comment/Put the reverse wikis in their own network (Is there anyone personally willing to take care of those wikis? The point of splitting networks or splitting to new admins is that there are interested users to hold them. If nobody is interested, they may as well be closed and left for adoption. But anyone who has recently contributed to them should be poked to see this proposal either way.)
- 23:26, 22 September 2021 Raidarr talk contribs posted a new comment on Blog:Should we ban the term "Depending on your point of view"? (I would rather people make an effort to minimize and fix it, rather than go and ban the phrase outright.)
- 08:47, 21 September 2021 Money12123 talk contribs posted a new comment on Blog:Marvelous Companies Wiki ('''Update''': Never mind, I didn't realise that was the American way of saying it. I'm Australian, and here we spell marvelous "marvellous".)
- 03:51, 21 September 2021 SuperStreetKombat talk contribs posted a new comment on Blog:Should we cut the toy wikis loose? (Hell, no.)
- 01:31, 21 September 2021 DarkMatterMan4500 talk contribs posted a new comment on Requests for Comment/Allowing unregistered users to edit (Might as well close this, given that the nominator is blocked anyway, and this feels like a generic Requests for Comment. I'd say, please only make these requests regarding some changes within our community, not something that we aren't allowing like enabling unregistered users to vote.)
- 23:33, 20 September 2021 DarthMaul570 talk contribs posted a new comment on Requests for Comment/Delete the NSFW and NSFL templates from all Reception Wikis (I mean, instead of NSFL & NSFW templates, we can just do something like: !WARNING! This article contains content that may be unsuitable to sensitive readers.)
- 23:00, 20 September 2021 ChessPiece21 talk contribs posted a new comment on Blog:Should we cut the toy wikis loose? (Bring back Atrocious YouTubers Wiki. It was made for criticism, NOT harassment.)
- 20:05, 20 September 2021 DarkMatterMan4500 talk contribs posted a new comment on Requests for Comment/Allowing unregistered users to edit (We're not lifting that at all.)
- 20:01, 20 September 2021 Raidarr talk contribs posted a new comment on Requests for Comment/Delete the NSFW and NSFL templates from all Reception Wikis (There are no current plans to remove them. Although there may be another discussion or decision that streamlines the use to avoid duplication and abuse.)
- 19:47, 20 September 2021 SuperStreetKombat talk contribs posted a new comment on Requests for Comment/Allowing unregistered users to edit (I think anons ''were'' allowed at some point on Qualitipedia, like early last year, I think, but they were banned again later on possibly due to them vabdalizing pages.)
- 02:13, 20 September 2021 Mr. Jay 641 talk contribs posted a new comment on Requests for Comment/Delete the NSFW and NSFL templates from all Reception Wikis (I agree with those who say the templates should stay.)
- 02:06, 20 September 2021 TheAnimeLover talk contribs posted a new comment on Requests for Comment/Delete the NSFW and NSFL templates from all Reception Wikis (those templates should be not removed because those templates can prevent minors or very sensible people from visiting certain pages, also, [https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/WhatDoYouMeanItsNotForKids some media look kid-friendly, but in reality they are not for children].)
- 00:04, 20 September 2021 Miss Kago talk contribs posted a new comment on Requests for Comment/Delete the NSFW and NSFL templates from all Reception Wikis (I don't see the point of removing NSFW/NSFL templates if it's actually very useful, It's helpful reminder to remind viewers that this article has something to do with NSFW/NSFL. For example could do with kidnapping or harassment or even clips, if warning templates were remove, The user will never know about it. just like if movie Network companies deciding removing the age rating, which makes technically no sense and it's hard to know whether the movie is for 18+ or not.)
- 20:51, 19 September 2021 Raidarr talk contribs posted a new comment on Requests for Comment/Delete the NSFW and NSFL templates from all Reception Wikis (If you see this, I suggest either removing it if the edit is old or raising the issue on the talk page, and mentioning an admin if it becomes a dispute along with your reason why it doesn't fit.)
