The common points between each of the sources that hold up are largely the same, and again do hold up - the question is addressing them. Frankly I've found managing QP to be a bit much lately, and I'm going to need to take another approach that requires less of my ground level intervention. But so too do I frankly feel I can't just leave it to current administrators. So there's going to need to be changes...)
